Pierangelo Franzoni is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in proprietary insurance asset management and global third-party investments. He has held positions as Board Director, Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer at leading financial institutions.

Pierangelo has a strong track record in investment strategy, portfolio management and as speaker at international conferences.
He is a recognized expert in asset allocation (ALM/SAA/TAA), derivatives, overlay management, solvency regimes (SST, Solvency II), and investment risk management.

Mathias Varga

Mathias Varga is a recognized expert in transforming operating models for insurance and third-party asset managers. He has a strong track record in designing and optimizing end-to-end processes along the value chain, connecting people, systems, data, and modern AI & technology solutions.

Mathias has held senior consulting positions at one of the Big Four consulting firms, where he specialized in operational risk management, Internal Control Systems, and regulatory compliance. He successfully led global, large-scale transformation projects for financial institutions that improved efficiency, resilience, and governance.

Our leadership team is complemented by senior subject matter experts across technology, data science, investment strategy, asset allocation, and product structuring.
